1. Who we are

INDECO Facade Solutions ("INDECO", "we", "us") designs, engineers and supplies building facade systems, including kinetic louver facades, unitised glazed facades and aluminium cladding. Our operations are based in Foshan, Guangdong, China, and we serve clients worldwide.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Depending on the form you use, this may include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company or project website
  • Project type (for example: residential, apartment, commercial, hotel)
  • Any additional details you type into a message field or send us directly

This information reaches us in one of two ways: through the enquiry forms on indeco-facade.com, or through a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) lead form that you submit without leaving the social platform.

3. How we use your information

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to prepare technical or commercial proposals for your project. Specifically:

  • To reply to your request for a quotation, technical proposal or product information
  • To assess feasibility against your local codes, wind loads and climate conditions
  • To communicate with you about your project by email, phone or WhatsApp
  • To keep internal records of enquiries and proposals

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR or similar data protection law applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent (you submitted the form voluntarily) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

5. Who we share it with

Your information is accessible to INDECO's sales and engineering staff who need it to answer your enquiry. We may also use service providers to store or transmit that data — for example our email provider and Meta Platforms, Inc., which delivers the lead form itself. Where we use a processor, it acts on our instructions only.

6. International transfers

INDECO operates from China. If you are located in another country, submitting a form means your information will be transferred to and processed in China, and possibly in other countries where our service providers operate.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve your project and to meet our accounting and legal obligations — typically up to five years after the last contact. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see section 9).

8. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how visitors find and use our pages, so we can improve them and measure our advertising. The Pixel records page views and standard technical information such as your browser and device type. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we process your information
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use our website or submit enquiries after a change means you accept the updated policy.
