What to send us for an accurate proposal
Facade pricing is driven by a handful of variables, and we can usually return an indicative figure quickly if they are known. The more of the following you can share, the closer the first number will be:
- Drawings. Elevations and a typical floor plan, or even a sketch with overall dimensions and floor-to-floor heights.
- Location and site exposure. City, distance from the coast and surrounding terrain. Wind speed drives system selection more than any other single input.
- Performance targets. Required U-value, SHGC, acoustic rating and fire class, plus any local code or green-rating requirement such as BREEAM or Estidama.
- System preference. If you are still weighing options between a kinetic louver facade, unitised glazing and aluminum cladding, say so — we will model the alternatives rather than push one.
- Programme and budget. Target installation window and an indicative allowance, so we can propose within reach.
How we respond
Every enquiry is reviewed by an engineer, not a sales desk. You will receive a technical proposal covering the recommended system, the applicable test standards, an indicative price band and lead times. If the project is at concept stage, we will also flag the detailing risks that tend to surface later — movement joints, interface with the primary structure, and access for replacement glass.
Where we work
We support projects across East Africa and the Middle East, including the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kenya, and we ship worldwide. Site attendance, installation supervision and aftercare can be included in scope. For urgent enquiries, WhatsApp is the fastest route and is monitored during Gulf and East Africa business hours.

Lead times and what drives them
Indicative lead times depend mostly on system type and finish. Unitised glazing modules are typically fabricated within 8–14 weeks of approved drawings, with kinetic louver assemblies on a similar order depending on module count and finish. Standard PVDF and anodised finishes move faster than custom effect coatings, and complex perforation or hyperbolic panel geometry adds setting-up time. Shipping and site access are usually the largest variables, so we will ask about both early.
If your programme is tight, tell us at the first enquiry. We can often phase deliveries by elevation or floor band, and in some cases ship a mock-up or sample panel ahead of the main production run so approvals are not on the critical path.
After handover
Support does not stop at practical completion. We supply operation and maintenance documentation, finish warranty details and recommended cleaning intervals for the specified coating. For kinetic systems we also provide inspection intervals for pivot hardware, and can include periodic site attendance in scope where needed.
