INDECO designs, fabricates and delivers high-performance building envelopes for commercial, civic and cultural projects. We are specialists rather than generalists: the same engineering team that sets your performance targets follows them through fabrication, testing and installation, which is where facade warranties are usually won or lost.
Choose the system by the problem, not the catalogue
- Kinetic louver facades suit buildings with consistent wind and a premium on solar control or architectural identity. Panels move in breezes below 2 mph, need no power, and carry no control system to maintain.
- Unitised glazed curtain walls suit repetitive high-rise geometry where erection speed and factory-controlled sealing matter. Modules arrive glazed and tested, which takes weather off the critical path.
- Aluminum cladding is the value answer for soffits, podiums, screening and retrofit, with A2-s1,d0 fire-rated solid panels and a full range of PVDF, anodised and effect finishes.
Most projects combine two of the three. The interface detailing between them is where the real engineering happens, and it is the part we spend most of our time on.
Built for hot, windy and coastal climates
Our work is concentrated in East Africa and the Middle East — the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kenya — where cooling load, driven rain and strong winds decide whether an envelope performs. Completed work includes a 10,000 m² unitised glazed tower in Dubai, a 9,800 m² zero-power kinetic louver facade in Nairobi and a 40,000-panel kinetic installation in Doha.
